Cancellation Policy
- The room tariff is not inclusive of Airport Transfer.
- Any cancellation request will be accepted only by Email.
- Cancellation given at least 31 days prior to the date of arrival-5% retention of booking value.
- Cancellation given at least 30-21 days prior to the date of arrival-20% retention of booking value.
- Cancellation given at least 20-11 days prior to the date of arrival-30% retention of booking value.
- Cancellation given at least 10-6 days prior to the date of arrival-40% retention of booking value.
- Cancellation between 5 to 3 days prior to the date of arrival-50% retention of booking value.
- Cancellation less than 2 days prior to the arrival date – NO REFUND.
